Returns & Exchanges

At KK & Jay Supply Co., we take pride in the quality of our accessories and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
